About Us
Community Development Fund (CDF) is the succession of US-based NGO named Global Community Service Foundation (GCSF) which operated in Vietnam from 2004 to 2018. We work towards empowering local disadvantaged people in Quang Tri so that they can live up to support themselves. We focus on environment, healthcare and education.

About HYCS
HYCS (Hanoi Youth for Community Service) is a passionate collective of young people committed to making a meaningful impact in Vietnam’s most vulnerable communities. In collaboration with the Community Development Fund (CDF), HYCS has worked tirelessly to provide vital support to those in need, particularly in the war-torn province of Quang Tri.
Over the past eight years, we’ve focused on delivering both humanitarian aid and long-term community development solutions, improving the lives of countless individuals along the way. Together, we are helping to build a brighter, more resilient future for all.
