Community Development Fund (CDF) is the succession of US-based NGO named Global Community Service Foundation (GCSF) which operated in Vietnam from 2004 to 2018.
We work towards empowering local disadvantaged people in Quang Tri so that they can live up to support themselves. We focus on environment, healthcare and education.
